Rules for Students
- They should take good care of their health and be robust and strong. They should respect their parents, teachers and elders.
- They should always be friendly with others in and out of the school.
- They should avoid vulgarity in talks and behavior.
- Each student must carry his /her school diary every day.
- Students who come to school on their own should reach the school punctually.
- They should stand up when any teacher or a visitor comes to talk to them.
- They should be truthful.
- Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any other electronic gadget to school. If they do so, it will be confiscated and will not be returned back.
- Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed.
- Students using the school bus will maintain discipline in the bus.
- Students are expected to respect the school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Any school property damaged even by accident should be reported at once to the Class Teacher or the Coordinator.
- Following activities are prohibited:
- Writing on the shirts or uniform
- Spitting in or near the school building
- Smoking
- Any form of gambling
- Use of drugs or intoxicants, except on prescription by a registered medical practitioner.
- Rowdiness and rude behavior
- Use of violence in any form
- Bursting crackers or throwing colour on one another or painting faces within the school premises.
- Students using unfair means during examination will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities.
Note to Parents
- Parents/ Guardians are encouraged and indeed expected to visit the school and meet the teachers of their wards after seeking permission from the principal to discuss the progress of their child/children. They are advised to do on the last working day of each month between 9.00 to 11.00 A.M. or on any other appointed day for which separate intimation permission will be given / may be sought.
- The student’s diary should be checked daily, by the parents to remain informed about the day–to-day the progress of their ward.
- Do not ask for leave of absence for your child unless it is absolutely unavoidable. An application for leave must be sent in advance.
- Ensure that your child does not wear a wrist watch or gold/ silver ornaments of any kind. The school will not be responsible for the loss of goods.
- Ensure that your child reports to school authorities on the due date after each vacation.
- Parents are requested to ensure that their children must attend school in their school uniform and polished shoes. Nail polish and other cosmetics are not permitted.
- All articles/items of the children should bear the name of the child.
- See that your ward carries books/ exercise note books according to the time table for that day. No extra books are allowed.
- See that he/she is prepared for the weekly / class test, an answer book of the test held previously should be signed by parents. Parents should also see the Report Card and Teacher Remarks on his class work / homework.
- Encourage your ward to take due interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
- Students are advised to keep their classroom / school building / campus neat and clean.
- Lending and borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted.
- Students who come to school escorted should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay they should report to the school office.
- Ensure that your child does not carry a mobile or any other electronic gadget along with him/her.
